Longevity clinics
Longevity clinic software
I am Tim Kors, IFM Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner. I opened my clinic in 2006 and started building this software in 2017. Longevity practices have a specific operational shape: baseline testing, protocol, retest, compare, adjust — across biomarkers, imaging, wearables, and a treatment plan that mixes supplements with prescription therapies. The software has to hold that loop, not just record the visit.
Practiceflow is that file — the intake, the labs, the plan and the retest date on one chart. The photographs on this site are my clinic. Start for free — no credit card.

The longevity loop — baseline, protocol, retest, compare
A longevity practice is not a single-consult business. Every patient runs a loop: comprehensive baseline (labs, biomarkers, sometimes imaging or wearable data), a protocol built from the baseline, a defined retest window, and a comparison against the starting point that decides the next protocol. The software either supports that loop natively or the loop happens in a spreadsheet next to the EHR.
In Practiceflow the loop lives on the patient file. Baseline labs from any provider file into the chart via the PDF parser. The treatment plan carries the protocol and the automatic retest reminder. Comparison views sit next to the current values — set your own reference ranges, see markers over time, and reorder the same panel from the previous request. When retest week arrives, no one has to remember which panel to reorder — the plan already knows.
Longevity-specific labs and biomarkers
Longevity work uses more test types and more repeat frequency than a general functional practice. Comprehensive metabolic and hormonal panels; inflammatory and cardiovascular biomarkers; heavy metal and mycotoxin panels when indicated; body composition and biological-age markers; sometimes continuous glucose monitor or wearable exports.
Practiceflow requests labs from any provider you already use, keeps every result on the file, and lets you build custom panels you reuse across the practice. Drop the PDF on the file and the values land on the chart. Rupa and Fullscript are connecting now, into the same file. The library gets stronger the more you use it because it belongs to your clinic.
Long-arc plans that mix supplements, therapies and lifestyle
A longevity treatment plan is longer than a typical functional plan and mixes more categories: targeted supplementation, peptide or hormone therapies where appropriate, IV/injection support, lifestyle prescriptions (movement, sleep, nutrition), and periodic diagnostic milestones.
Practiceflow treatment plans hold all of that on one document — supplements, medication, infusions, nutrition and next diagnostic step — with a portal view so the patient sees the same plan you wrote.
Retention that pays for the retest cycle
Longevity practices live and die on year-over-year retention. If year-one baseline patients do not come back for the year-one retest, the whole model breaks. Automated follow-up is not optional; it is the business.
Practiceflow queues retest reminders on the treatment plan, sends confirmation and reminder messages by email or SMS from templates you control, and lets the patient reschedule from the portal without a phone call. The plan is not a PDF in a coat pocket.
The team a longevity clinic actually runs
A longevity practice is rarely a solo operation. Physician-led, with a nutritionist, an IV nurse, a health coach, an admin team. Practiceflow includes multiple practitioners on every plan; admin, front desk, coaches and assistants log in free — only practitioners with their own calendar are paid seats. Shared protocol library, shared templates, shared file. Onboarding a new team member is days, not months.
The business side runs on the same chart: quotes generated from the plan, invoices from the calendar, Stripe for payment. See pricing for paid plans — by client volume, in dollars.
Same product, longevity shape
Practiceflow is not a separate longevity product line. It is the same functional medicine software I run my own clinic on, with the loop a longevity practice needs — baseline, protocol, retest, compare — already on the file.
The close-ups are the functional medicine EMR for the chart and IV therapy software for the infusion floor. Start free if you want to run one patient through a full cycle: https://app.practiceflow.io/signup.
From practitioners already using it
These are the published quotes, word for word. No invented reviews.

“With Practiceflow, I keep track of my patient interview reports in a very user-friendly way. Also, I have a particularly good overview of the total treatment for the client. A real 'all-in-one solution': everything is clear from the first appointment to the last treatment. As a result, considerably fewer questions via email/telephone.”

“I work as a functional medicine doctor. With the software, a patient-personalized treatment plan is ready in a matter of minutes. Requesting lab tests and using text templates also saves me a lot of time, so I have more time and focus for the patient.”

“As a functional nutritionist, I use the software to make treatment plans and interview reports. Practiceflow is very user-friendly, easy to use, and easy to learn. With Practiceflow, I can do patient file management at least 50% faster.”
